MATERIALS LIST

 

stranded cotton/embroidery floss (split to use 2 strands) in the following colours (I used Anchor stranded cotton so have added the shade colours below in brackets as a guide)

 

cream (shade 386)

beige (shade 942)

terracotta (shade 1003)

dark terracotta (shade 884)

mid brown (shade 936)

dark grey (shade 400)

dark brown (shade 382)

plus the usual needle, scissors etc

​

I stitched onto a wooden cross stitch blank, the motif is only small (4x4cm), but it can also be stitched onto any aida or evenweave fabric. The finished size will change depending on what count fabric you use.
